Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of X Stream (the "Service"), operated by RMTL Extensive ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

X Stream is a subscription-based digital media platform that lets registered users stream video content and lets verified creators upload content. The Service is provided over the web; we provide no physical goods.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be 18 or older, or have verifiable parental/guardian consent.
• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately of any unauthorised use (admin@zahosting.africa).

3. Subscriptions, tokens, billing & renewals

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
• By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method via our payment provider, which securely tokenises your card (we do not store full card details).
• Where the Service offers tokens / credits, these are prepaid credit redeemable only for content and features on X Stream. Tokens have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold to other users.
• Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable, as shown at checkout.
• You can cancel at any time per our Cancellation Policy; refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• We may change prices on reasonable notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use & content

• Your use of the Service is subject to our Content Moderation & Acceptable Use Policy.
• Creators retain ownership of content they upload but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, stream, and display that content on the Service for the purpose of operating it. Creators warrant they own or are licensed to distribute everything they upload.
• We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the Content Policy, including for illegal, infringing, or adult content.

5. Intellectual property

The X Stream platform, branding, and software are our property or our licensors'. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for user/creator-generated content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability) continue to apply.

9. Privacy

We process personal data per our Privacy Policy (POPIA).

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes are posted here with a new "Last updated" date and, where significant, notified by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts. You may also have recourse to the Consumer Goods & Services Ombud where applicable.
